Well done for discovering us! Get yourself comfy because now it’s our job to tell you all about the rather incredible things you could be getting up to this Easter or summer holiday.

So, who are ATE?

We are professional ‘Fun Collectors’. We love having fun. We’ve spent over 50 years collecting different ways of having fun, and we reckon we must be close to knowing them all. Our favourite times of the year for having fun are the Easter and Summer holidays, because having fun is what the holidays were made for!

So, what is a Superweek?

Once a year we invite a carefully chosen group of people to come and stay at the ATE Fun Academy for a week. They learn all about what we do and all the brilliant ways we have of having fun.

 

Those who graduate from the Academy are called Monitors. In the holidays, we send these Monitors along to some incredibly special centres we’ve found - centres that we think are just right for having 3,336 kilograms of fun in.

 

We also add a Director. This person used to be a Monitor, but is now in charge of all the important stuff as well, like buying food and day trips and safety. We give them an Assistant Director to help them. This person also used to be a Monitor. And we also chuck in a Matron, to make sure everyone is feeling well, and a catering team, to cook lots of tasty food.

 

And the most important ingredient of all is a group of children, to enjoy all the fun that ATE has share to with them. And this very special recipe cooks itself up into what we call a Superweek. Which, as we said, is 3,336 kg of fun.
